- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If you wish to cancel services, please notify us in writing. Work completed up to that point may still be billed.

- Ensure all content provided is compliant with laws and respects third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials created by Teqnite remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, ownership rights may transfer as agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability
- Teqnite is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- While we aim for excellent results, we do not guarantee outcomes for marketing campaigns or development projects.
